Our Story

A place built
around the table

The Flats of Canon Georgia was born from a simple belief: the best moments happen when people gather around good food, honest drinks, and a space that doesn't try too hard.

Located on Highway 17, we've created a space that honors the quiet rhythm of Canon life — where morning coffee is a ritual and evening cocktails are an occasion. Our menu changes with the seasons, our regulars know our names, and every detail is thoughtfully considered.
